Our children enjoy singing hymns at bedtime, and this was a favorite of our oldest daughter’s for quite awhile. I found myself singing it in a different style and decided to work on a creative take on this classic tune. We added a breakdown with some fun horns, I wrote a bridge, and the kids helped with the intro. This track has become a bit of a family momento from that season of our lives.
